Get involved

Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK. Find out more about Carers Week and download social media graphics to use during Carers Week.

Carers UK are asking people to take a couple of minutes to write to your local MP to ask them to support the Carers Week campaign for greater cross-Government action in support of carers.
