Care at home (Berkshire)

Individualised and flexible care at home, tailored to your specific needs.

Whether help is needed for a few hours, overnight, or throughout a weekend – we can provide person-centred, flexible care in the home to the person who needs it.

The service we provide also enables carers to take time out for themselves, in the knowledge that the person they care for is safe and supported.

What we do

When providing care, our primary aim is always to meet the individual needs of the person being cared for. First, we'll have discussions with them and their carer. Then, we'll produce a personal care plan.

Depending on your wants and needs, care plans may include any or all of the following:

  • Personal care and support with dressing
  • Prompting and supporting with medication
  • Meal preparation and assistance with feeding
  • Support with nutrition and hydration
  • Overnight care
  • Assistance with moving and positioning
  • Light domestic duties
  • Respite care
  • Companionship
  • Specialist care

At TuVida, we're all about supporting your life, and this means we'll always put you first. We'll ensure that all care provided is appropriate to your needs and preferences.

Funding and eligibility

Our care at home is available to local people of any age, with a variety of health conditions. Funding may be available via the local authority, subject to eligibility. We also accept direct payments.
