Community Care Support Worker - 21 Guaranteed hours

 

Location:     We have positions in Mansfield, Ashfield and Gedling in Nottinghamshire

Pay Rate:      Your hourly rate will be £11 per hour – whether travelling or with a client + 30p per mile fuel

Job Type:    Permanent /  21 Guaranteed hours with the opportunity to work additional hours if wanted

You must be able to work 5 shifts over 7 on a rota basis

Hours: 07:00am -2:30pm and 2:30pm – 10:00pm on a rota basis

What will you be doing as a Care Support Worker:

• To work alongside discharge and community care teams to provide a ‘hands on’ quality service to Carers and their families providing practical and emotional support.
• Assistance with activities of daily living, including shopping, meal preparation and light domestic duties
• Support with medication.
• Prompting and assisting with personal care
• Producing and maintaining accurate records
• To be flexible and to manage workload carrying out reviews of service when convenient with clients
