Carers living in the London Borough of Ealing are warmly invited to join us for activities/events in Acton and Greenford. Unless otherwise specified, all sessions are free of charge for carers.

Please note: For safety reasons some of our events may be running differently than normal during the COVID-19 pandemic. For example, groups may take place at different times or locations, have reduced availability, or even be held online. Please contact us to confirm all timings and availability.

When you contact us we will also provide you with login details for online events.

Safety notice

You should always consult your physician or healthcare provider before changing your diet or starting an exercise program. To participate, you agree to assume full responsibility for any injury that you may incur and waive all claims against the instructors and the TuVida Ealing Carers Service.

Connecting Carers Week (12-18 October)

This October we're inviting carers across the country to join us for our 'Connecting Carers' week: a series of (mostly online) events and activities designed to help connect people who provide unpaid care to others.

We've got a range of free activities planned between 12th and 18th October. As most of these events will place online this means they can generally be accessed by carers anywhere in the UK.

If you’d like to chat with new people, take a break, find information and/or have fun – you’re invited to join in!

Read our news story to find out more.
