Title – Prevention and Enablement Workers / Care Assistant

Location – Nottingham and surrounding areas

Rate of Pay – £20,500 per annum

Hours – 3 shifts on and 3 shifts off on a rota basis (days and nights)

Are you new to care work? We provide full initial training and will support you to achieve the Care Certificate in the first 6 months of your employment with us.

Are you already working in social care? We will help you progress to professional diplomas in social care within the first 18 months of your employment with us.

What will I be doing?

Our Services Matter and we’re looking for people to join our team to deliver and develop our essential care services.

You will have a client group that gives you a satisfying, meaningful role where you know you are making a difference to people’s lives. You’ll provide ‘hands on’ quality care to men and women living in their own homes. You’ll combine companionship with practical help with day to day tasks such as personal care, taking medication, preparing meals or shopping. You will also:

· Build professional, warm, trusting and supportive relationship with our clients

· Provide encouragement to help them to live a rich and fulfilling life.

· Provide a high quality person centred personal care

· Treat our clients with respect and dignity

· Have a calm, positive and constructive way of relating with clients, colleagues and people involved with our clients lives.

· Be compliant with our operational policies and procedures

· Work effectively within set professional boundaries
