Service Administrator

Location: Pelham Road, Nottingham

Salary: £17,004 - £22,000

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm / 37.5 hours per week

TuVida have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Service Administrator based in our Nottingham office on Pelham Road in Sherwood.

The purpose of this role is to hold and support all the administrative functions required within the operational area.  Working closely as part of a small team, the Service Administrator will support customers and staff over the phone, via email and on live chat to resolve low-level queries and issues.  In addition, the Administrator will be responsible and accountable for ensuring that all paperwork, trackers, and admin systems are maintained, of the required standard and completed within the timescales required. 

Key tasks in this role

  • Liaise with the alert monitoring team to ensure that the e-Rostering staff have all information required to deal with covering calls.  Support the e-Rosterers by being a point of contact for them, taking messages and then handing over. 
  • Chase back to work information for the staff members in the area and ensure it is correctly logged and passed to the People Team
  • Carry out all background work to support the e-Rosterer to set up reviews and assessments.  Liaise with customers on behalf of the e-Rosterers and ensure they are kept informed of dates and times of meetings. 
  • Support the front line care staff with low level technical issues with mobile devices and laptops/tablets.  (e.g. changing passwords, sourcing replacement hardware/parts, providing basic training on functions, Bee App queries)
  • Take annual leave requests from care staff and log on the system, ensuring that the e-Rosterers are made aware of all annual leave bookings.

What do we need from you?

  • Experience of customer service in a customer service centre setting
  • Experience with administration work
  • Experience of dealing with outbound and inbound telephone calls and call handling
  • Organisation Skills - Great attention to detail
  • Good understanding of IT and the ability to learn new systems
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
