"My first experience of care was looking after my grandpa. Then, after university, I became an apprentice at the charity here. A job came up on the hospital discharge project where I spent four years doing care on the frontline. 

My son became ill and I looked after him, taking up more of a desk job at work, as care coordinator. Then I became PA to the Chief Executive!

After that I became the Customer Services Manager trying to stop problems happening, working on complex cases and managing the on-call team. 

I've been here eight years now. We bounce off each other and it's fun. If you are friendly and positive, with your heart in care, you can do anything here!"
