Support Worker

Care Assistants / Support Workers at locations throughout West Sussex

Haywards Heath, Crawley, Shoreham, Worthing, Billingshurst, Adur, Littlehampton, Arundel, Bognor Regis, Chichester, Midhurst, Horsham

Hours: Flexible, full-time or part-time positions available, guaranteed hours days and nights. We can fit your working hours around the other demands on your time. Need to fit in a school run? We can accommodate you.

Pay range: £9.45-£11.70 per hour

New to care work? We provide full initial training and will support you to achieve the Care Certificate in the first 6 months of your employment with us.

Already working in social care? We will help you progress to professional health and social care qualifications within the first 18 months of your employment with us.

What you could be doing as a TuVida Care Support Worker. Our Care Workers provide quality personal care to men and women living in their own homes. Many of our clients are carers and the people they care for. We help people put their decisions about how they want to live their lives into action, providing the care, support and respite that maintains their independence and dignity.

Typically our calls provide companionship and help with day to day tasks such as personal care, sometimes supporting people taking medication. Working for us you will have a satisfying, meaningful role where you know you are making a difference to people’s lives.

  • Flexible hours of work. We have full and part-time posts on offer. Our services are needed during the daytime, evening and at weekends. Tell us what and when you can offer us your time and let’s discuss how we can match your need for flexibility with the needs of our clients.
