Our Carer Links services are focused on identifying and supporting unpaid carers.
Carer Links offers practical and emotional support to unpaid carers, helping people to protect their health and wellbeing and understand their caring role. Our workers provide a listening ear and can link carers into services and support.
Carer Links can help carers
to think about their own needs and plan action for change
link with other services and support to help carers improve their health and wellbeing, including 1:1 support, information, advice, and signposting
providing information and signposting for benefit applications
ensure the voice of carers is heard by influencing policy and procedure in health and social care settings
