Young carers
We have been supporting young carers for many years.
We currently run a dedicated young carers service in Nottinghamshire and a service that helps schools to support young carers in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
Young Carers Notts is a free and confidential service that supports young carers aged 5-17 who live in Nottinghamshire and the City of Nottingham to take a break and get practical advice and information about caring.
Young Carers in Schools works in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan to provide schools with the tools and resources to support young carers and reduce negative impacts, giving them the same access to education and future life chances as their peers.
