At TuVida we currently support family carers and the people they care for in North Buckinghamshire, including Milton Keynes.

Care at home

We specialise locally in providing care at home to people with a variety of health care needs. This highly personalised service is designed to help people requiring care to remain as independent as possible within their own homes. By visiting people at home on a regular basis we can also help to reduce pressure on unpaid carers.

Our North Northamptonshire Short Term Home Care service provides short-term care for people leaving hospital, to provide support at home to avoid preventable hospital admissions.

Carer respite (Nottinghamshire and Nottingham City)
Home care provision that enables periods of respite for carers.

Young Carers Service (Nottinghamshire and Nottingham City)
Young Carers Notts provides support for young people who care for someone. It enables young carers to take regular breaks from caring, make new friends, take part in fun activities, and access information and advice.

Our day centre provides a valuable change of scenery for people with care needs.

Carer Respite
Our respite service enables unpaid carers to take time off, with the peace of mind that the person who needs care is safe and supported.
