Meet the team
Behind everything we do is a team of people who truly care.
Our leadership team
Andrew Taylor
Deputy CEO
With over 15 years of experience in the Health & Social care sector, Andrew has worked in a variety of operational and commercial roles.
He has a passion for supporting and advocating for carers and those they care for, through his time working within the Carers Trust network, as well as having his own journey of caring responsibilities.
Andrew has a special interest in the role technology plays in contract delivery, optimisation and improving outcomes both at service and customer level.
Andrew joined TuVida in April 2019.
Christine Alexander
CEO
Christine joined the organisation in 1995 as a Carer Support Worker. In 1997 she applied for a role as a Care Co-Coordinator. In 2000, Christine was appointed as CEO.
Christine believes that our most vulnerable citizens deserve to be able to make choices about their care, their lives and their life choices.
She is committed to creating an organisation that enables all people with care needs and their carers and families to make these choices and live the best life that they can.
Jacqui Finn
Director of Operations
Jacqui joined TuVida in July 2018.
Prior to joining our organisation she held a senior post as Head of Network Support for England at Carers Trust.
She brought with her experience and knowledge of national health and social care policy and landscape.
Jacqui's role is to, design and drive forward our strategy, manage the operations teams and lead strategic projects for the organisation.
Steve Tetley
Director of Finance
Steve has worked with TuVida since 2009. Before that he spent 17 years as an accountant at the global financial institution Experian Ltd.
After so many years in the corporate sector, Steve wanted to use his skill and experience to support a third sector organisation and really see the difference a charity can make. His stepfather died of Lewy Body Dementia when Steve was in his mid 20s so he saw first hand the impact that being a carer had on his Mum.
Steve was a young carer as a child so has spent many years of his life immersed in the world of health and social care.
