Dementia Homeshare
(Redbridge)
A welcoming home from home for people living with mild to moderate dementia.
Dementia Homeshare is a friendly, small group day service for people living with early-stage dementia in Redbridge. Sessions run from 10.00am to 3.00pm on weekdays, in the home of one of our specially trained Care Support Workers.
With carefully matched clients in each group, Dementia Homeshare provides a calm, relaxed setting where everyone is known, valued and supported. Our Care Support Workers offer personalised care that reflects each person's interests, abilities, and preferences, helping them feel comfortable, confident, and included. The service also provides carers with valuable time to rest, attend appointments or focus on other commitments, knowing their loved one is safe, engaged and receiving high quality support in a welcoming environment.
