Our services

We aim to bring together what's needed to offer people in local communities the best and most appropriate care and support.

In recognition that each person and family may be facing their own struggle, we'll work with them to find out exactly what will make their lives better — then get on with providing a package of personalised care and support that meets their unique needs.

Our focus covers two main areas:

  • Supporting people needing care. 
    We can provide care for adults and children with various disabilities and health conditions. It may be at home, or we may operate local day centres that also enable people needing care to meet new people in their community.
  • Supporting carers.
    If you look after a relative or friend who is ill, frail or disabled, you may find it difficult to have control over your own life too. We can help by providing respite care that enables you to have a break, or helping you find the most appropriate information, advice and support for your circumstances.
