Feedback

We want you to have the best possible experience with TuVida, which is why we always welcome feedback. Your views are really important to help ensure we can continuously improve and shape our current and future services. You can always talk to us – and we will always listen.

Feedback is used to:

  • Understand where our services are being provided to your satisfaction
  • Provide positive feedback to our staff
  • Influence our organisational and service development
  • Inform our quality assurance programme

To find out more about how we use feedback, take a look at our Compliments & Complaints Policy & Procedure.

How to provide feedback to us

You can provide feedback at any time either by emailing us at [email protected], or by filling out our online feedback form:

Send us your feedback (opens in new window)

Alternatively you can request a hard copy feedback form from any of our local offices.

We also hold regular client and carer surveys where we invite people who use our services to comment on how we're doing, plus we always welcome reviews on our Facebook page.
