Quality standards

At TuVida we have a clear focus: to provide individualised help to people who need it, in ways that make their lives better. We're absolutely committed to providing the best quality of service.

How do we ensure quality?

We put you first

We ensure that your care and support is appropriate to your needs and preferences. Our services are flexible, so we can respond to any changing priorities you may have.

We listen and improve.

We want you to have the best possible experience with TuVida, which is why we always welcome feedback. Your views are really important to help ensure we can continuously improve and shape our current and future services. You can always talk to us – and we will always listen.

We employ caring, capable staff.

Our care workers are DBS checked. They will take the time to get to know you and other members of your family as part of their professional role. We value and respect everyone we care for.

Our staff are highly skilled with a wealth of experience, supported by a rigorous recruitment and ongoing training programme.

We deliver specialised care in areas such as autism, dementia and palliative care.

We're registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

The CQC has rated us 'GOOD' in all assessed areas. This means the service we provide is performing well and meeting the CQC's expectations.

On 08 July 2021 the CQC carried out a review of the data available to it about Crossroads Care East Midlands - Nottingham Office, Crossroads Care South Central, Harrogate and Craven Crossroads Caring for Carers, Reading Crossroads. Following the review, the CQC said: "We have not found evidence that we need to carry out an inspection or reassess our rating at this stage”.
