We also hold regular client and carer surveys where we invite people who use our services to comment on how we're doing, plus we always welcome reviews on our Facebook page. They will take the time to get to know you and other members of your family as part of their professional role. We value and respect everyone we care for. Our staff are highly skilled with a wealth of experience, supported by a rigorous recruitment and ongoing training programme. We deliver specialised care in areas such as autism, dementia and palliative care. We're registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) The CQC has rated us 'GOOD' in all assessed areas. This means the service we provide is performing well and meeting the CQC's expectations.
