Our services in the East Midlands

• Care at home: Individualised, home-based support that helps people requiring care to remain as independent as possible. Find out more
  
• Home First: Short-term care for people leaving hospital and community support for people in crisis. Find out more
• Carer respite (Nottinghamshire): Home care provision that enables periods of respite for carers. Find out more
  
• Short term home care (North Northamptonshire): Our North Northamptonshire Short Term Home Care service provides short-term care for people leaving hospital, to provide support at home to avoid preventable hospital admissions. 
  
• Young Carers Service (Nottinghamshire and the City of Nottingham): Young Carers Notts provides support for young people who care for someone. It enables young carers to take regular breaks from caring, make new friends, take part in fun activities, and access information and advice. Find out more

TuVida is a not-for-profit organisation. We provide a number of services in different locations, dependent on local funding and other resources.

TuVida (East Midlands) is formerly known as Carers Trust East Midlands and Crossroads Care North Notts. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission – the independent regulator of health and social care in England.
