Currently recruiting for Care Support Workers

Pay range: 

From £9 to £12.20ph for hourly rate dependant on contracts & location,

To £20,500pa for full-time salaried positions

Location: 
  • Nottingham City and County; Harrogate and York;
  • Leicester City and County; Northamptonshire; Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire
  • L B of Havering; West Sussex.
Hours:   Flexible, full-time and part-time positions available

Our Care Workers provide quality care to men and women living in their own homes.  We help people put their decisions about how they want to live their lives into action, providing the care and support that maintains their independence and dignity. 

We combine companionship and help with day to day tasks with more specialised support.  Whatever your interests, we can provide the client base to give you a satisfying,  meaningful role where you know you are making a difference to people’s lives.

Are you new to care work?

We provide full initial training and will support you to achieve the Care Certificate in the first 6 months of your employment with us.

Already working in social care?

We will help you progress to professional health and social care qualifications within the first 18 months of your employment with us.

We are enormously proud of our care staff. Wherever you join us from we will work with you to help you advance and develop, supplementing our regular training programme to help you meet whatever level of career ambitions you may have.

  • Flexible hours of work
    We have full and part-time posts on offer.
    Our services are needed during the daytime, evening and at weekends. Tell us what and when you can offer us your time and let’s discuss how we can combine these with our service needs.
  • Competitive rates of pay.
    We have contracts ranging from salaried, guaranteed minimum hours to zero hours.  As we progress your application we will discuss what best fits both our needs.
  • Paid mileage
  • Regular training and monthly support from our Support Worker Supervisors,24/7 access to escalation managers, and quarterly staff meetings with your Care Worker colleagues
  • Every member of staff has free, confidential access to our Employee Assistance Programme from their first day of employment.

  • Paid holiday and company contributions to pension (according to contract)
