Alert Monitoring Administrator

  • Full time role at 37.5 hours – Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with 30 minutes lunch (unpaid)
  • Annual salary £17,375k per annum
  • Office based, location RM6 4YG
  • 20 days annual leave plus banks holidays per annum
  • Fixed term contract for 9 month period (maternity cover), with potential to permanent role

Full training will be given on the systems listed below.  

Principal duties/responsibilities will include:

Webroster – Care Monitoring System

  • Monitor all incoming alerts on Webroster system
  • Contact staff members to confirm any missed visits
  • Escalate issues with staff visits to appropriate Line Manager(s)
  • Run reports of missed alerts from Webroster and analyse data
  • Share reports and analysis with Line Manager
  • Issue password reset requests
  • Keep log of issues with system and share with Line Manager

Administration 

  • General administration to support the Corporate Services Administrator/Manager.
  • Provide admin support to the South Region alongside and in the absence of the Corporate Services Administrator.
  • Answering telephone calls, and effectively dealing with messages, queries and requests
Candidate skills 

Applicants must have a strong work ethic, be a team player with positive attitude, be professional, approachable and committed to delivering sound support on a daily basis, as well as being:

  • IT literate, confident learning new systems. Competent in Microsoft Office and related programmes
  • Able to work well under pressure, be organised and have a good eye for detail
  • Able to work to deadlines and with confidentiality at all times
  • Able to communicate effectively 
  • Demonstrate high levels of customer service
  • Able to follow TuVida’s Code of Conduct and work within the philosophy, policies and procedures of the organisation
  • Able to comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and with TuVida, paying particularly attention to the reporting of dangerous situations
