Day centres and groups (West Sussex)

Social activities for people with care needs.

Our well-established day centres and social clubs provide a valuable change of scenery for people with care needs.

People who attend have the chance to socialise, share stories and make friends. It can be an important way to inject more fun into life, reduce feelings of isolation or loneliness, and feel part of the wider community.

All of our day centres provide a range of activities and experiences in a friendly and relaxing environment.

Activities may include things such as:

  • Baking and cooking
  • Table top games and puzzles
  • Quizzes
  • Arts and crafts
  • Singing and music lessons
  • Reminiscence
  • Memory activities
  • Gentle exercise
  • Beauty pampering
  • Walking

At many centres we also offer refreshments, nutritional hot meals and often organise day trips and outings.

Venues and times:

Please note: Due to the Coronavirus outbreak our clubs may be running differently than shown in the tables below, for safety reasons.
