Carers living in the London Borough of Ealing are warmly invited to join us for activities/events in Acton and Greenford. Unless otherwise specified, all sessions are free of charge for carers.

The following events and activities run regularly at the Ealing Carers Service.

    The Feldenkrais method is considered appropriate for any individual, of any age, and has been shown to offer the following benefits:

    • Easier breathing
    • Better control over muscular tension

    'Keeping the Balance' workshop (from Ealing IAPT) Regular (monthly) 

    Ealing IAPT is introducing a Carers Support workshop designed specifically for carers.

    The workshop uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles and covers the following topics:

    • Exploring the challenges of being a carer
    • ‘Finding Me Again’ CBT strategies
    • What additional support is out there for carers?

    ‘Keeping the Balance’ is an  event which will keep rolling on a  monthly basis so everyone gets  a chance to attend.
