Day centres and groups (Nottinghamshire)

Our well-established centres and groups provide a range of social activities for people with care needs.

We currently provide care in day centres across Nottinghamshire.

Those who attend these centres will be able to meet other new people – helping to build friendships, reduce feelings of isolation or loneliness, and feel part of the wider community.

The friendly and relaxing environment offers a break from usual daily routines. A range of suitable activities are available to match individual interests and hobbies, including:

  • Baking and cooking
  • Table top games and puzzles
  • Quizzes
  • Arts and crafts
  • Singing and music sessions
  • Reminiscence
  • Memory activities
  • Gentle exercise
  • Pampering
  • Walking

Our service is personalised and we always welcome new ideas and opinions from attendees and carers.
